A little about me...

Hi there, I’m Tachi Llamas 🔥
Yes—my last name means “flames,” and I like to think it reflects my upbeat personality and creative energy.

When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me on my mountain bike, out for a run, or playing fetch with my dog, Matisse 🐶. I love the ocean, but I still miss the mountains from my home country, Colombia. I first moved to the U.S. to study in Chicago, and later made Miami my home—a perfect place to enjoy culture, creativity, and languages all at once.

I come from a background in graphic design and community building, and I naturally gravitate toward projects that connect people. I enjoy listening, empathizing, and translating ideas into meaningful visual experiences.

One of my greatest strengths is being a true people person. Over the years, I’ve:

• Co-owned a pet magazine and networking platform connecting pet businesses and pet lovers
• Planned and managed Pawffers, a monthly pet-focused event, securing and coordinating over 20 vendors per event
• Built a triathlon community of more than 120 athletes
• Co-founded ArtCycle, a cycling awareness initiative supporting over 30 local artists
   

These experiences have shaped my approach to design: human-centered, purposeful, and community-driven.

My background in visual design and relationship-building allows me to create thoughtful, user-focused solutions that balance aesthetics with functionality.
