MEMORIES BY BAMBOLA I website I CASE STUDY

User Experience Design I User Interface Design

Project Overview:
This project was developed in a 2 week sprint. The goal was to work with a stakeholder in helping them improve usability and performance with their existing website.  

My Contributions:

This was a 2 people project working together as a team developing the User Experience and the User Interface design to improve the user experience when navigating and shopping at Memories by Bambola website. My people skills where useful when conducting interviews and getting feedback from actual customers. Figma and Adobe Photoshop were the main tools used designing this user-centered product.

Memories by Bambola.

An E-commerce Website Design.

Problem Statement:


Memories by Bambola is a company offering personalized and unique stuffed animals made from the client’s baby’s hospital blanket or clothing 
material they provide to the seller.

Our goal is to apply UX/UI design thinking approach to learn more about the company and ways for it to generate more revenue. 


The customer can choose from a catalogue of different models of stuffed animals, they customized to their needs. Currently customers are placing orders from Etsy account rather than the website. Our stakeholder would like to increase revenue by saving in the percentage Etsy keeps from each purchase.
